Fairly modern hotel, pretty nice for a Best Western Plus. Friendly service, room was in good condition. Breakfast was decent with lots of choices.
I stayed last night for a wedding - really nice people. The woman this morning was so kind to bring me ice when I didn't want to go upstairs. Just overall friendly, clean place. The handsoap dispenser in my room didn't work though.
No room service unless requested however that meant no one messed with my stuff. Breakfast hasn't been horrible. Bourbon Creek Kitchen was amazing. The food was decent and the drinks also delicious. It was a good experience other than it wasn't a vacation but a work trip

We stayed Bourbonnais Best Western and we loved it! Letonya at the desk was so encouraging as we had broken down and needed a room right away. She was professional, courteous and had a heart of Gold to everyone she dealt with. He was soo encouraging!! There's even a little bar right in lobby across from desk. Room was cool with air. Was very relaxing. Thank you Letonya!!
Due to unfortunate circumstances, my family and I had to land in a hotel for a couple weeks. We booked into this hotel and right from the jump, the service was amazing. From the beginning, all the way up to the end of our stay. The rooms were clean and they served delicious hot breakfast every morning. I also wanted to give an extra special shout out to the ladies that run the front desk, Letonya, who treated my family and I with so much kindness, and the shorter woman who works at night who wears the headband at the front desk (sorry didnt catch your name ), who was always super friendly and accommodating. Such amazing, friendly, helpful employees who definitely deserve a raise or maybe even some extra vacation time!!! I would definitely stay at this location anytime I'm in the area!!!
Omg!!! This was one of the BEST hotels me and my family stayed at. When you walk in it’s so clean and fresh. Very beautiful lobby, clean rooms, clean pool, great breakfast! My family came and we got about 10 rooms. We all raved about the cleanliness. Shari came smiling welcoming us in, Tamika made us a great breakfast. So welcoming and kind. And my favorite Mrs Letonya. She was so kind and polite, so sweet. Everyone went above and beyond. Even the sweet Spanish housekeeper on the 3rd floor Saturday. My blanket was dirty and she exchanged it with no complaint. I made sure to collect all my trash make the bed and put towels in a pile for you guys. I want the owner to know he has a really great set of employees. Always smiling no one was complaining and loved to help the guests! 5 ⭐ service!!
Stayed with a friend. Beds were a little too soft for me but fine otherwise. Nicely updated. Good to see environmental consciousness in terms of no longer supplying single use toiletries. We were a little late for breakfast but what they had tasted great. Better than expected, honestly.
